In the Auckland Diocese we believe Ministry belongs to all the Baptised. The ministry of the Church is in continuity with Jesus' Ministry. Ministry is the responsibility of all the baptised.
Ministry includes:
- Proclaiming the gospel
- Baptising, nurturing people in the faith
- Transforming unjust structures
- Performing loving service
- Caring for creation.
A Christian community should have the sacraments.
