Every LSM unit has a diocesan appointed Enabler. (An Enabler is usually responsible for 4-5 units.)
ENABLERS HELP THE UNITS TO WALK THE TALK
A person with specialist training who works with the Bishop's Chaplain as part of a team. Enablers resource and support units and provide a link with the Diocese.
An Enabler works as:
A spiritual director
Consultant/Facilitator
Active Encourager
Supervisor
Trouble-shooter
Link with Diocese
Empowerer
Resource person
Trainer
