The Auckland Diocese is the largest in New Zealand – with a population in excess of 1.5 million.

There are 87 ministry units throughout the diocese, of which 18 are established in Local Shared Ministry, with several others currently exploring this model. 

The Diocese extends from the top of the North Island down the to the Coromandel Peninsula in the south, and includes some of the most attractive tourist spots in the country.
